By using VRYO ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Use of the Service
You may use VRYO to build dashboards, analyze data, and embed components in your own applications. You must not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or third-party data.
- Upload or process data you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others' rights.
- Resell or sublicense the hosted Service in a way that competes with our offering, unless we agree in writing.
- Use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, or abuse other users or third-party services.
Accounts and data
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We store and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content; by using the Service you grant us the rights needed to operate, host, and improve the Service.
Open source and hosted service
VRYO software is available under the Apache 2.0 license. These terms apply to your use of the hosted service at vryo.dev (and related domains). Use of the software on your own infrastructure is governed by the license in the repository.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
